We are looking for candidates with working experience from the maritime industry, and a good understanding of maritime software and technology to join our growing team!
About your experience:
- You have martime work experience, and understand the importance of aligning good work processes, technology, data quality with the organization to optimize operation, be compliant and work safe
- You are familiar with different areas of the industry, including budget and cost control, maintenance, inventory, procurement/logistic, quality and safety management
- You have experience from different software packages/providers and know how these support management and operation of vessels
About you:
You are self-driven, curious, and not afraid to drive customers through complex changes.
Some of the key personal traits and capabilities we are looking for include:
- Ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- Experience with change management
- Experience with project management
- Team player
- Always eager to learn and develop yourself
- Analytical and structured
- Relevant education at Bachelor or Master level
The advisor’s responsibilities include:
- Help drive our clients through major transformational changes with support from our teams
- Manage project deliverables and client expectations
- Support in sales opportunities and other business development initiaitves
